Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Purchasing: Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and getting quotations.
Contract and Tenders: Finding contracts and tenders across the world for preparing RFP’s.
Vendor Management: Help maintain vendor databases, track vendor performance, and assist with vendor registration and onboarding.
Contract Administration: Support the contract team by helping to draft, review, and track contracts, and assist in monitoring supplier relationships.
Logistics and Tracking: Coordinate with shipping partners and customs brokers to track shipments and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
