Contract Term: 6 - 9 months
Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve inefficiencies in material acquisition and service contracts.

Develop new suppliers following procurement policies.

Increase framework agreements by analyzing procurement demands.

Map and evaluate supply markets to select qualified suppliers.

Create efficient contracting models to reduce risks and costs.

Support RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), ensuring alignment with specifications and legal requirements.

Draft and adjust contracts as part of RFx processes.

Optimize the bidding process by strategizing supplier engagement.
-
Compare offers, negotiate contracts, and finalize supplier agreements.
-
Monitor supplier performance, implement improvements, and ensure cost reductions.

Align procurement strategies with corporate objectives and ensure transparency.
-
Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.
-
Follow corporate HSSE policies, safety rules, and environmental protection measures.
-
Comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
-
Be prepared for emergency response as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience on procurement activities in large-scale oil and gas or transformation
-
Relevant studies in Supply Chain Management, Project Management,
-
Lean Six Sigma, TCO knowledge, Negotiation abilities, and similar are also desirable.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
