Job Role:
A dedicated startup is being formed to industrialize and scale a secure, AI-enabled, multi-source decision-support software offering. The platform is a multi-sensor fusion and agentic AI solution connecting to diverse data sources (for example geospatial layers, imagery, video, and other operational signals). This role will support the delivery of a scalable product and contribute to establishing the processes, standards, and collaboration practices required for sustainable growth.
Own the operational backbone for purchasing, vendor onboarding, and finance coordination in a fast-moving tech environment. Ensure speed with control: clean paperwork, compliant processes, and real-time visibility on commitments and spend.
Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate PR and PO lifecycle end-to-end: creation support, approvals follow-up, and status tracking

Maintain vendor onboarding pack: KYC, banking, compliance documents, NDAs where required

Support contract and SOW logistics: consolidate inputs, manage versions, route for review with Legal and Procurement

Track procurement pipeline: lead times, blockers, risks, and escalations

Track commitments and spend vs budget by team, project, and cost category

Coordinate invoice flow: PO match, delivery confirmation, approvals, and payment follow-up

Maintain evidence packs for audits: approval trails, quotes, and correspondence

Support recruiting operations from an ops angle: onboarding readiness, equipment and access requests

Operate in startup mode: flexible, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize speed and impact
Qualifications and Experience:

3+ years in procurement operations, finance operations, or PMO operations

Experience in technology, R&D, or startup environments is a plus
