As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring our projects have the materials, equipment, and supplies needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and project teams by ensuring materials and supplies are available when and where they are needed.

  • Source and purchase materials, equipment, tools, and services required for company operations and construction projects.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and best value.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier agreements.
  • Issue and track purchase orders through delivery and receipt.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock of high-use materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment to prevent shortages and project delays.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Forecast material requirements based on upcoming project schedules and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, warehouse, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Resolve purchasing, invoicing, and vendor-related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or related experience
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to supporting a winning team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
