Procurement and Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement laws, vendor management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring all purchasing activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, tendering, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with local procurement laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments related to procurement activities.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 5–6 years of proven experience in procurement and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
