Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth purchasing operations, maintain supplier relationships, and assist with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and track inventory levels.
  • Prepare purchase orders and monitor pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support procurement reporting and documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain a supplier database.

Requirements:

  • UAE experience in procurement or office administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and purchase management is a plus.
