Key Responsibilities
- Keep a close eye on global beauty movements and upcoming trends across platforms like Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and international distributors, suppliers, and verified resellers.
- Identify, source, and onboard high-quality beauty, skincare, and haircare brands that align with TheSkinFit’s standards.
- Plan and manage sourcing activities for both local and overseas markets, ensuring purchases are made from trusted and authentic suppliers.
- Monitor the performance of partnered brands, track sales goals, and review sell-through ratios to improve category health.
- Make sure product listings are always updated with correct pricing, availability, and timely stock refills.
- Work closely with vendors and logistics teams to maintain a smooth flow of inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that support brand exposure and engagement.
- Keep a regular check on essential KPIs such as category revenue growth, inventory movement, and sell-through performance.
- Use market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to refine product choices and expand the assortment.
- Oversee the overall development and growth of the beauty category on TheSkinFit’s e-commerce platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce category management.
- Strong understanding of global beauty brands, sourcing channels, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel, Shopify, or basic ERP tools.
- A genuine passion for makeup, skincare, and the evolving beauty landscape.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
