Procurement & Business Development Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Procurement & Business Development Officer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong sourcing, quotation, and customer relationship skills who can identify opportunities, manage RFQs, and convert them into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and develop business opportunities from government, semi-government, private sector, contractors, and industrial companies.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement teams, engineers, and decision-makers.

✅ Source products from local and international suppliers based on customer RFQs.

✅ Obtain competitive pricing, compare supplier offers, and prepare customer quotations.

✅ Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders (LPOs).

✅ Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network.

✅ Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

✅ Support customers with technical product selection and clarification.

✅ Maintain quotation pipelines, supplier databases, and business development activities.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Medical Engineering preferred)

✔ Experience in procurement, trading, RFQ management, business development, or technical sales

✔ Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work with local and international suppliers

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Strong commercial awareness and sales mindset

✔ Ability to manage multiple RFQs and meet deadlines
