Are you a proactive procurement professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Spot Buy Specialist to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and procuring goods and services on short notice, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand urgent procurement needs.
• Identify potential suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Execute spot-buy purchases following company policies.
• Review quotes, manage supplier relationships, and resolve issues.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the spot-buy process.
• Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3+ years of procurement experience, with a focus on spot-buy/indirect procurement.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Ariba.
