  • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other purchasing documentation
  • Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and logs
  • Verify inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments regarding stock requirements
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries
  • Track the status of orders and address any delays or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist Quality in evaluating vendor performance
  • Utilize Approved Supplier List for all Controlled Product purchases
  • Coordinate with accounts payable to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Support the procurement team with general administrative duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or supply chain management is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
