Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead with a strong background in construction procurement to lead and manage sourcing activities across multiple projects. The role will focus on vendor management, cost optimization, timely procurement, and ensuring quality and compliance across all materials and services procured.

Until the position is filled, procurement responsibilities are being managed internally. Upon hiring, the Procurement Manager will take complete ownership of the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for construction and fit-out projects across locations
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Ensure availability of materials as per BOQs, drawings, and project schedules
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize costs
• Coordinate closely with Project, Design, Factory, Stores, and Finance teams
• Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and adherence to timelines
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and documentation processes
• Track purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and maintain procurement MIS
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Manage risk related to supply delays, price fluctuations, and vendor dependency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, interiors, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of construction materials, BOQs, and vendor ecosystems
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience handling multi-project procurement simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
