Job Overview
We are seeking a
Procurement & Contract Management Director
to lead end-to-end procurement strategy and contract governance across a portfolio of ultra-luxury hospitality, residential and high-profile development projects.
This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in strategic sourcing, contract structuring, and commercial management, ensuring best-in-class quality, cost efficiency, and risk control aligned with premium development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with ultra-luxury project requirements

Lead sourcing for high-value packages including FF&E, bespoke materials, specialist contractors, and premium services

Build and manage a network of global luxury suppliers and vendors
Contract Management & Commercial Oversight

Oversee the full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution, and close-out

Ensure robust contract governance, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks

Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal terms while maintaining quality standards
Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Establish strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with design, project management, and finance teams to align procurement with project delivery

Manage supplier performance and enforce service level agreements (SLAs)
Cost Control & Value Engineering

Drive cost optimization without compromising on design intent and luxury standards

Lead value engineering initiatives across procurement packages

Monitor budgets, forecasts, and procurement timelines
Governance & Risk Management

Implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices

Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements

Proactively identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

15+ years of experience in procurement and contract management
-
Proven experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or VIP development projects

Strong background in contract negotiation (FIDIC or similar frameworks preferred)

Demonstrated experience handling high-value, complex procurement packages

Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
