Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who will also oversee shipping and receiving. This role is vital to ensuring smooth supply chain operations and maintaining seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, purchase, and manage inventory for production and operations.
• Handle shipping and receiving activities, including tracking, documentation, and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any procurement or shipping issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in procurement, shipping, or a related role is preferred but not required.
• No degree is necessary – we value skills and a strong work ethic!
