Day- to-day operations

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report procurement expenses

Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline processes and optimize cost savings.

Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and provide support and guidance.
Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.

Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and vendor management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related roles.

Demonstrated success in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
