Day- to-day operations

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection, bidding processes, and contract management.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to meet operational demands.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report procurement expenses

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline processes and optimize cost savings.
  • Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and provide support and guidance.

Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and vendor management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.

Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
