Junior Procurement Officer / Procurement Coordinator
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Officer ( Procurement Coordinator ) to support daily procurement operations and supplier coordination within a manufacturing environment (block and concrete products industry).
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing purchase orders and RFQs
· Follow up with suppliers on orders and deliveries
· Maintain procurement records and documentation
· Support sourcing and price comparison activities
· Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
· 4–5 years of experience in procurement or coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials industry
· Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
