Procurement Coordinator

Role Description
GAC - Globe Alliance Company is looking for a resourceful and commercially aware Sourcing Executive to support sourcing and procurement activities related to Facility Management Services, Construction Projects, Industrial Support Services, Equipment Supply, and Operational Requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Sourcing Specialist, Operations Team, and Vendors to identify suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure timely delivery of required materials and services.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain experience.
• Experience within Facility Management, Construction, Industrial Services, Trading, or Equipment Rental industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi supplier networks and procurement processes is highly essential.
• Strong network within the Riyadh business community and corporate sector.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (prefered)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Good understanding of construction and facility management materials is preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and developing sales strategies.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license preferred.
