Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Education: Diploma or Degree in Customs Logistics or a Related Field

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customs Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customs clearance, logistics platforms, procurement processes, and inventory coordination, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

International Shipments & Customs

• Manage import shipments via airports and seaports, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Handle customs documentation and facilitate recovery of duties.
• Ensure strict compliance with KSA import/export regulations.

Platform & Documentation Management

• Utilize regulatory platforms like Fasah, SABER, and ZATCA for customs processes.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring prompt delivery of quality materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Supplies & Inventory

• Oversee internal supply requests and maintain updated inventory records.
• Verify vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with POs and delivery notes.

Delivery & Asset Management

• Monitor supplier deliveries across departments and office locations.
• Manage the asset inventory across operational units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year’ experience in customs clearance, procurement, or logistics coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and platforms (Fasah, SABER, ZATCA).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
