Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain procurement and tender documentation records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement or tendering within the marine, shipbuilding, or oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine materials and equipment.
• Excellent negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
