Job Description & Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency across our East Africa operations. The ideal candidate should have 10 years minimum exp. and will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, industry expertise, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with our company’s strategic objectives.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with background in Edible Oil, Soap, Tissue, and PP Non-Woven industries will be given priority consideration.

Overseeing all aspects of supply chain management and analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

Negotiate and manage with the suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. on lead-time.

Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

Communicate with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.

Progress, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance's in all the procurement transactions.

Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.

* Knowledge in sourcing of suppliers

* Negotiations for prices and contracts

* Preparing purchase orders and bills

*Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.

*Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

* Reports Accuracy

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
