Job Description

We are a specialist organisation in turnkey aluminium window solutions – offering end-to-end services including design, fabrication, and installation for high-performance aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems. With a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and timely execution, we cater to leading architects, developers, and interior designers across India.

Role Overview

To manage and streamline the procurement of all materials required for aluminium window fabrication and installation projects, ensuring quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilitie1 Strategic Procurement:

• Understand project BOQs, shop drawings, and material specifications
• Manage purchase of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, gaskets, sealants, fasteners, etc.
• Ensure material availability in alignment with project schedules

2 Vendor & Supply Chain Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain a reliable supplier partner network
• Negotiate pricing, delivery conditions, and payment terms
• Track supplier performance — quality, cost & on-time delivery

3 Cost & Quality Control:

• Track procurement budgets along with estimation/project teams
• Compare vendor quotes for cost-effectiveness without quality compromise
• Coordinate incoming QC checks with the QA/QC team

4 Documentation & Systems:

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
• Manage GRNs, invoices & ensure timely coordination with accounts
• Maintain procurement tracking reports using MS Excel

5 Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with project, factory, and logistics teams for delivery planning
• Evaluate alternate sources to reduce lead time and cost impact
• Support material dispatch planning for multiple project locations

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
(Preference: Supply Chain specialization)

Experience: 2–5 years in procurement roles, preferably in
aluminium façade/windows / glazing products

Technical Knowledge:

• Aluminium systems and section understanding
• Reading shop drawings & fabrication details
• Knowledge of standard accessories & installation requirements

Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel
