Procurement Engineer (Mechanical)- Emirati Hiring (Fresh graduates)

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement Services team. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities for EPC projects within the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement aligned with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for EPC projects.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with technical and quality specifications.
• Maintain and optimize vendor relationships, focusing on ICV certified and ADNOC-approved vendors.
• Support project managers and engineers by aligning procurement with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards in procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Provide bid analysis and technical clarifications as required.

Requirements:

• Academic: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience within the UAE oil & gas sector .
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and technical evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, P&IDs, plot plans, and isometric drawings.
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
