Procurement Engineer (with QS Experience)

About the Role

As a Procurement Engineer (QS), you will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency, timely procurement, and commercial excellence across our major building and infrastructure projects.

You will manage end-to-end procurement cycles, conduct cost analysis, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines

This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, large-scale project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies and manage full tender cycles.
• Prepare RFQs, conduct bid evaluations & negotiate commercial terms.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost analysis.
• Support variations, cost reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Finalize subcontract agreements & purchase orders.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, QA/QC & site teams.
• Maintain procurement logs and ensure compliance with company policie

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement/QS roles within UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting & FIDIC contracts.
• Experience with ERP procurement systems (Oracle/SAP/IFS etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical & communication skills.
