Procurement Engineer(MEP) – Electrical /HVAC/Plumbing & Fire Fighting

We are seeking Procurement Engineers with expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works to strengthen our supply chain and procurement team. The right candidates will ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and quality compliance for materials and subcontracted services

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers/subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate for the best pricing and terms.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and site teams for material requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
• Support cost control and procurement reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (as relevant).
• 2–6 years experience in procurement/supply chain in MEP contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
