Procurement Executive

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd. is one of Pakistan's leading solar energy providers, committed to delivering sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality energy solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Procurement Executive to join our team in Multan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate material planning.
• Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policy.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate vendor performance and develop long-term supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Support the development and execution of procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field will be preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/inventory software.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
