Procurement Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to handle end-to-end procurement of Hot Rolled Steel, Structural Steel, and Color-Coated Sheets for our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to gather market intelligence to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for HR Steel, Structural Steel, and Color-Coated Sheets.
• Continuously gather market intelligence to ensure the best procurement rates and terms.
• Monitor steel price trends and recommend purchase timing to optimize costs.
• Maintain supplier database and build long-term vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with project and accounts teams for smooth delivery and payment cycles.
• Prepare MIS reports on procurement performance and cost savings.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably with a background in Supply Chain, Mechanical, or Civil).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of steel industry price trends and vendor ecosystem.
• Must have own vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
