Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive with a strong ability in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, ensuring effective procurement operations aligned with company standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compare suppliers, goods, and services to identify cost-effective and reliable sources.
- Select suppliers based on product quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain purchase records, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement cycle completion and adherence to company standards.
- Resolve issues related to supply, quality, service, and invoicing.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with organizational criteria.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and promote supplier diversity and inclusion.
- Oversee daily operational purchasing needs, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking.
- Advise internal stakeholders on purchasing terms and procurement best practices.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support procurement operations.
