Job Summary:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, finishes, and services for interior design and fit-out projects. The role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with project quality and specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for project materials and FF&E.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Design teams.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases regularly.
  • Monitor material quality, pricing, and compliance with project standards.
  • Support cost control initiatives and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Procurement, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
