About the Company:

Horster Life Science is a growing pharmaceutical company based in Surat, committed to quality, efficiency, and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing operations across our units and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely purchases.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts teams for requirements and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and inventory reports.
• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply or quality issues.
• Prepare purchase reports, price comparisons, and vendor performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (pharma industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
