Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, handling purchase orders, negotiating pricing, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with company standards and project timelines.
• Vendor Coordination: Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Cost Efficiency: Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best value without compromising on quality.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Documentation: Ensure all procurement documents and supplier records are maintained and updated in Odoo ERP.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular procurement status and cost analysis reports to management.
• Compliance: Adhere to internal procurement policies and ensure all purchases meet quality and safety standards.
• New Product Sourcing: Research and introduce new products or suppliers relevant to the marine industry.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the marine or industrial sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
