Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchase of tools, consumables, and admin supplies.
- Source vendors, compare prices, and negotiate for the best deals.
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Follow procurement policies and support audits.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in procurement (factory/admin setup).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Zoho).
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
