Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily purchase of tools, consumables, and admin supplies.
  • Source vendors, compare prices, and negotiate for the best deals.
  • Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Follow procurement policies and support audits.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement (factory/admin setup).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Zoho).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
