Procurement Executive

Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction and interior fit-out projects.

Site and Vendor Co-ordination for all procurement activities

Analyse market trends and forecasts for critical materials and services.

Prepare procurement budgets and cost-saving plans.

Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for civil and interior works.

Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.

Maintain an approved supplier database.

Obtain competitive quotations, analyze bids, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, and Subcontract Agreements.

Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
