Position: Procurement ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize value
• Source vendors for all event-related goods and services
• Track budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance and monitor procurement KPIs

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong connects in Smallwares, Fabrications, or Heavy Kitchen Equipment
• Speak Kannada, English, and Hindi fluently; strong on-ground vendor relationships are essential
• Are based in Bengaluru and enjoy being hands-on in the market
• Have 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Possess strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Are an effective communicator and a collaborative team player
