Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for EV components, spares, and consumables.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier compliance.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with operations for timely availability of materials.
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality and timelines.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee inventory, logistics coordination, and vendor performance.
• Prepare procurement reports and support management with insights.

Requirements

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of EV, automotive, or fleet management industry preferred.
• Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and ERP tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
