Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure cost-efficiency.

  • Procurement Operations:

Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock without overstocking.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

  • Market Research:

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Source alternative suppliers for better pricing or quality.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.

Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or supplier performance.

  • Reporting:

Prepare and present procurement reports to management for decision-making.

Track procurement KPIs, including cost savings, delivery times, and supplier reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
