Job Title: Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with proj:ect timelines and cost targets.
- Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for materials, services, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules and avoid delays.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and alternatives.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; develop a reliable supplier network.
- Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical practices.
- Analyze spend/data, prepare reports, and provide insights for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with design, projects, and finance to streamline procurement processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and contracts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out / construction / turnkey projects.
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end procurement.
