Procurement Logistics Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for our operations in Dubai Investment City. The role requires strong supplier coordination, cost control, ERP exposure, and the ability to manage procurement cycles efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have

• 3–6 years of procurement experience (UAE experience preferred)
• End-to-end procurement handling from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO)
• Strong experience in supplier negotiation, cost control, and contract negotiation
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics or similar)
• Good Excel skills and experience in procurement reporting
• Background in FMCG, Retail, Trading, or Manufacturing
• Exposure to import procurement or basic logistics coordination
• Knowledge of demand-based buying and inventory planning
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period

Salary Budget: Up to AED 7000++
