Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal, to understand business needs and priorities
- Manage the procurement team and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve their goals
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and materials
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, including savings and efficiency metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate procurement information to non-procurement stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
