Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement for civil, interior, and construction projects.
• Identify and select reliable suppliers/vendors for materials and services.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, quality, and delivery records.
• Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure on-time supply to site.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and project timelines.
• Track purchase records, material consumption, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Work with accounts team for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
