Job Description

Comfort Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading MEP contracting company, is looking for a Procurement Engineer (MEP) to handle sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, and procurement execution for ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of MEP materials & equipment (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Pumps, Valves, Ducting, Panels, etc.)

Prepare RFQs, analyze technical & commercial offers, and finalize suppliers

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely material delivery

Coordinate with Project, Stores, Planning, and Accounts teams

Maintain vendor database and procurement documentation

Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years of procurement experience in MEP / Construction industryStrong knowledge of MEP materials and specificationsExperience in vendor evaluation and price negotiationProficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP / Tally / similar preferred)Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under project deadlines
