Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for FMCG products and raw materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure availability of materials as per production and business requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance for cost optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
