Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for FMCG products and raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure availability of materials as per production and business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance for cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
