Procurement Executive - Interior Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and material procurement for interior design and architectural projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of quality materials within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for interior design materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E).
• Obtain competitive quotations, compare costs, quality, and lead times to ensure best value procurement.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand material requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure materials are delivered on time to project sites.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve issues related to defects, delays, or discrepancies in materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control for projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and product innovations relevant to interior projects.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design, architecture.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and vendor networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and procurement software/tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
