Procurement Executive – MEP

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive – MEP to manage the purchasing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials and services for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-effective procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract services
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement reports
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records
• Monitor inventory and material requirements
• Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards
• Follow company procurement policies and project budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of MEP procurement experience
• Knowledge of MEP materials and suppliers
• Experience in construction or contracting industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting materials
• Vendor management and cost control skills
• Strong analytical and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with UAE market and suppliers
