Procurement Executive – Solar Division

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers for solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, electrical items, and BOS components.
• Float inquiries, obtain quotations, and perform price & technical comparisons.
• Negotiate terms of purchase, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure approval as per company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and material quality.
• Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and accounts teams to plan material requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, statutory requirements, and safety norms.
• Support in vendor audits and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
• Track market trends, price fluctuations, and new product availability in the solar industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
