Procurement Executive (Technical)

Position: Procurement Executive – Technical
Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: FMCG / Distribution / Trading

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of technical materials and services
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure cost optimization
• Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in technical procurement (minimum 2 years in GCC)
• Experience in FMCG / distribution / trading sector preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel (AI tool adaptability is an advantage)
• Knowledge of local Qatar market
• Valid driving license (own car preferred)
• Age: Below 35 years
• Languages: English & Hindi (Arabic is an added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
