Description

This is an OPS position – part time, 20 hours per week. This position will serve as an integral support role for the procurement team and provide direct support to the Manager, Sourcing and Contracts. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, the ability to communicate effectively and a high level of customer service. Procurement Services encompasses vendor onboarding, pcards, travel, contracts and purchasing for the entire college. This position involves a strong team environment and requires the ability to work independently on projects.

Examples of Duties

  • Provide support to the Manager, Sourcing
  • Conduct research related to sourcing quotes, state or cooperative contracts, or shared initiatives, providing the best value to the College
  • Assist with managing the contract database
  • Assist as needed with COI’s and Attestation Form
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High School Education – excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, the ability to communicate effectively and a high level of customer service.
