A reputed Air Charter Company is seeking an experienced Procurement / Import Manager with a strong background in aviation procurement and import operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling aircraft parts sourcing and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with Engineering and CAMO departments to identify and fulfill aircraft parts requirements.
Liaise with local and international vendors to obtain quotations in a timely manner.
Evaluate quotations and prepare comparative statements for management review.
Process and issue Purchase Orders upon approval from the CEO.
Manage import procedures, documentation, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Maintain proper records of procurement activities and vendor performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement and import operations, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of aircraft parts sourcing and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
