Job Title: Procurement & Inventory Executive
Location: Perungulathur, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Executive to handle purchasing activities and manage day-to-day inventory operations. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement: vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder materials, and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain documentation.
- Track deliveries, shipments, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain database of suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain roles (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic ERP/Inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
