Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Inventory Manager to oversee the company's procurement activities and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, vendor relationships, inventory control, stock monitoring, and maintaining accurate procurement and inventory databases to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement cycle, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services as per business requirements.

Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.

Oversee inventory management processes and ensure optimal stock levels.

Maintain and update inventory databases, stock records, and inventory reports.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock-related issues.

Coordinate with relevant departments to forecast inventory requirements and procurement needs.

Generate procurement and inventory reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Fluency in Urdu and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience working with procurement and inventory management systems.
