Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and stock handling activities at Madison Square Mall - Royal Swiss Gulberg Lahore a project of ENAARA Developers. The ideal candidate should have strong record-keeping skills, coordination abilities, and experience in maintaining inventory accuracy within a professional corporate environment.
The role requires close coordination with procurement, administration, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and proper stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage store inventory records accurately.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Maintain inward/outward registers and ERP/store management records.
- Coordinate with procurement and site departments for material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
- Experience in mall management, facilities management, construction, or retail industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory handling and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
