Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and stock handling activities at Madison Square Mall - Royal Swiss Gulberg Lahore a project of ENAARA Developers. The ideal candidate should have strong record-keeping skills, coordination abilities, and experience in maintaining inventory accuracy within a professional corporate environment.

The role requires close coordination with procurement, administration, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and proper stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage store inventory records accurately.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
  • Maintain inward/outward registers and ERP/store management records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site departments for material requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
  • Experience in mall management, facilities management, construction, or retail industry will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory handling and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
