About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Lead – Fit-Out & Joinery to independently manage the sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and delivery coordination for all fit-out and joinery materials and subcontractors. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in interior construction procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and oversee tendering processes.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate procurement.
• Coordinate with project managers, QS, design teams, and site teams.
• Prepare procurement schedules, purchase orders, and cost comparisons.
• Track long-lead items and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate joinery shop drawings, samples, and material submittals.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor production (factory visits when needed) and conduct QA/QC checks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fit-out and/or joinery procurement (required).
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, hardware, and joinery production.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery drawings.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
